It moved to Fuzhou, Fujian in 2005, and moved again to Anqing, Anhui in 2023, and was renamed Anhui KORBOR. Anhui KORBOR Machinery Co., Ltd., is China Custom Assembled Camshaft Manufacturers. 1. Advanced production equipment and technology

Process standardization: KORBOR has formulated strict process standards and operating procedures. Choice of positioning reference: During the camshaft processing, KORBOR uses two center holes as positioning references to avoid positioning errors caused by the conversion of positioning references during multiple clamping of the workpiece. This positioning method not only improves the processing accuracy, but also ensures the consistency of batch production.
Division of processing stages and arrangement of process sequence: KORBOR divides the camshaft processing into three stages: roughing, semi-finishing and finishing, and arranges the process sequence reasonably. Most of the processing allowance is removed in the roughing stage, and the key parts are finely turned or finely ground in the semi-finishing stage. The cam surface, support journal, etc. are finely ground in the finishing stage. This division and arrangement ensures that the roughing and finishing processes of each main surface are separated, avoiding the influence of deformation caused by roughing on finishing.
